🔁 Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation Before Shipping:
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase or before the item is shipped, whichever comes first. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at xpinhelp@gmail.com with your order number.Cancellation After Shipping:
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return once the product is delivered.
💸 Refund Policy
Return Eligibility:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
For hygiene and safety, used products will not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items:
Items damaged due to misuse or wear & tear
Products not returned in original packaging
Customized or special-order items
Return Process:
Email us at xpinhelp@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and product images (if applicable).
Our team will approve the return and provide shipping instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or wrong.
Refund Timeline:
Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
❌ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and order details. We’ll offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
🛒 Order Modifications
Once an order is placed, we cannot modify the contents. You will need to cancel (if still eligible) and place a new order.
