All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
We accept online payments via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets).
We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order at our sole discretion.
4. Shipping
We deliver PAN India. Shipping timelines vary by location and are typically 2–7 business days.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in original packaging.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, images, and product IP (including the patented Drop Set Pin) are owned by Xpin Technologies and protected under applicable laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
